Lead Management Solutions

Enrolled INFINITI Retailers receive INFINITI Brand Website leads (INFINITIUSA.com) and INFINITI Event leads delivered directly to the CRM for seamless follow-up. Additionally, when utilizing a Certified INFINITI Retailer website provider, Retailer Website leads are automatically integrated into the CRM through a secure backend connection known as an Enterprise Lead Management System.

Retailers enrolled in the Lead Management program will receive consistent lead delivery of enrolled lead types. Retailers work with a dedicated INFINITI Technical Strategist (ITS) to support lead delivery troubleshooting, implement and maintain CRM updates, and manage the lead rejection process, ensuring accurate lead flow, proper routing, and data integrity across systems.

Streamlined Lead Reporting

Lead Analytics and Reporting are available through the Insight Dashboard, providing Retailers with centralized access to all Website and Lead Program performance metrics in one intuitive, easy-to-use platform.

Training and Curriculum

INFINITI provides the Curriculum Program within Virtual Academy. Dealership sales and marketing personnel will take INFINITI focused lead management and marketing training in a less time-consuming format.

LEAD RESPONSE TIME

To align with industry best practices, Retailers are expected to respond to incoming leads within 45 minutes. Response and close rates are available for review within the Insight Dashboard.
